Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited without refund.    

Melanie will wait 10 minutes for the client to join a Zoom or phone call. If the client does not arrive within 10 minutes, the session will be forfeited, and Melanie will repurpose the time.    

All packages must be used within the designated timeframe. For example, 1-month packages must be completed within 1 month, and annual packages within 1 year. If you anticipate an extended break or vacation, please contact Melanie in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.   

À la Carte sessions must be used within: 2 months of purchase.    

House call locations must be confirmed and approved by Melanie.    

House call sessions are subject to an additional parking fee, as needed.
