We’ll be playing with joy and pleasure! Healing has both the shadow and the light side, and in this experiential workshop, we’ll be playing in the light. In particular, we’ll touch into our sacral chakra - the center of our creativity and pleasure. I (Melanie) will lead the group through somatic practices to connect to your inner vitality, joy, and pleasure. Let’s bring back the spark of life! We’ll use acrylic paint, markers, and/or color pencils to draw your joy and channel your embodied energy. All art materials will be provided. Get ready for Play Time! Details: Parking: There is typically free street parking available closeby on Sweetzer Avenue or Kings Road that does not require a permit before 6pm. Please provide yourself ample time to park so that you arrive on time. Please be aware of all street parking signs.
